On December the 19th and 20th we took the car to Livigno. When driving through Sweden we had lots of time, so we did two longer stops, one in Gränna checking out the cozy town, buying polkagrisar and having lunch in the car, and one in Helsingborg for dinner and work. The second day we drove through Germany and a small part of Austria, passed Bodensee and Liechteinstein, entered Switxerland and took the Vereina car train from Klosters to Sagliains and then arrived in Livigno after passing through the Munt La Schera tunnel. Den 19 och 20 december tog vi bilen ner vi till Livigno. När vi körde genom Sverige hade vi gott om tid, så vi gjorde två längre stopp, ett i Gränna för att kolla in den mysiga staden, köpa polkagrisar och luncha i bilen, och ett i Helsingborg för middag och jobb. Den andra dagen körde vi genom Tyskland och en liten del av Österrike, passerade Bodensjön och Liechtenstein, körde in i Schweiz och tog Vereina-biltåget från Klosters till Sagliains och kom sedan fram till Livigno efter att ha åkt igenom Munt La Schera-tunneln.  Waking up to a clear and cold Christmas morning  Good morning   It's gonna be a nice day:)  Cross country-skiing in the morning   Before taking a stroll through the town ...  ... passing Christmas stalls ...  ... and getting to Aquagrande, the adventure pool in Livigno.  On our way home we stopped by the marshmallows Santas ...  ... for grilled marschmallows and vin brulee while the snow was falling.    Buon Natale da noi tre  Gingerbread house  Italian Christmas dinner with typical dishes for the Valtellina region: bresaola, prosciutto, Casera cheese and the typical Pizzoccheri (buckwheat pasta, savoy cabbage, potatoes, Casera, Parmesan, garlic and butter).   Vino Spumante and Panettone (type of sweet bread and fruitcake).  Watching the last episodes of different Advent calenders  And Santa Claus found his way to Livigno too :)  This year we have celebrated Christmas two times. Since we're now in Livigno Italy, we celebrated first Christmas on Åland together with our families before going away. We had a traditional Christmas with love, christmas tree, traditional food, Santa Claus and Christmas gifts. I år har vi firat jul två gånger. Eftersom vi nu är i Livigno, Italien, firade vi först jul på Åland tillsammans med våra familjer innan vi åkte iväg. Vi hade en traditionell jul med kärlek, julgran, traditionell mat, jultomten och julklappar.

A very wintry weekend (the same as last year) with the possibility to ski on th whole 8k course, hot chocolate and national season openings in cross-clountry skiing :) En väldigt vintrig helg (samma som förra året) md möjlighet att skida hela 8:an på motionsbanan, varm choklad och nationella säsongsöppningar i längd :)
